Three Trees Pilates

is the high desert's first and only Classical Method Pilates studio. Located in the heart of Yucca Valley, we serve the communities of Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, 29 Palms, Morongo Valley, and the area's visitors.

The studio is equipped with Gratz apparatus, the world's only Pilates equipment built to Joseph Pilates specs, which include Reformers, Wunda Chairs, a Cadillac, High Mat Wall Units, and more.  

We offer fun and exciting Private, Semi-private, and group lessons tailored and/or modified to suit each person's specific needs.  All exercises are taught utilizing the six principles of Pilates: Control, Concentration, Centering, Breath, Precision, and Flow. We focus on striving to execute every movement in a thoughtful, beneficial, and safe manner.
